Booking
What does the balcony rental include?
Balcony access from 07:00 AM, direct view of the bull run on Calle Estafeta, breakfast with coffee, juices and fresh pastries, and a champagne toast after the run.
How many people fit on each balcony?
Each balcony holds 2-4 people depending on the floor. For larger groups, you can rent the full floor (2 balconies, up to 6-8 people) or even the entire building (4 floors, 8 balconies, up to 28 people).
Can I rent a full floor?
Yes. Each floor has 2 balconies sharing an indoor space. You can rent the full floor for complete privacy for your group.
Is the balcony shared with other groups?
The balcony is exclusively yours, but the floor (indoor space) is shared with the other group on the same level. If you prefer total privacy, you can rent the full floor.
Can I book all San Fermín days?
Yes. We offer a season pass (8 days, July 7-14) at a reduced price compared to booking each day separately.
Prices & payment
How much does a balcony cost?
Prices range from 300 € to 650 € per balcony per day, depending on the floor and date. Lower floors (closer to the bull run) and high-demand dates have higher prices.
Is the price per person or per balcony?
The price is per balcony, not per person. You can share the balcony with your group at no extra cost, up to the balcony's maximum capacity.
How do I pay?
Via secure card payment through Stripe. The full amount is charged at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other methods.
Is VAT included?
Yes, all prices include VAT.
Cancellation & changes
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as this is a service tied to specific dates (art. 103.l RDL 1/2007). You may transfer the booking to another person free of charge up to 7 days before the event.
Can I transfer my booking to someone else?
Yes. You can change the booking holder's name free of charge up to 7 days before the reserved date. Simply contact us by email.
On bull run day
What time should I arrive?
Building access opens at 07:00 AM. The bull run starts at 08:00 AM sharp. We'll welcome you with a full breakfast to enjoy the atmosphere, and we'll toast with champagne after the run.
How do I access the building?
We will send a confirmation email with a QR code, the exact address and access instructions 48 hours before the event. Just show your QR at the door.
Are there toilets available?
Yes, the building has toilets available for our guests.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
All bookings include breakfast and champagne. If you wish to bring something extra, you are welcome to do so.
About the building
Where exactly is the building?
On Estafeta Street, in the heart of Pamplona's Old Town. It is the longest and most iconic stretch of the bull run route. The exact location is provided with the booking confirmation.
Is there a lift?
No. The building is historic and does not have a lift. If you have reduced mobility, we recommend booking on the first floor.
Who manages the balconies?
TADASANA ATMAN SL, operating as Balcones San Fermín. You book directly with the building manager, no intermediaries.
